BOOKINGS

Online lesson booking fees must be paid in full to confirm your place.  Once payment has been received, you will be sent email confirmation.  

The place of conclusion of contract will always be taken as Australia, and any claim or action brought against Wild Artistic can only be made under Australian jurisdiction.

WILD ARTISTIC CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be made if a lesson is cancelled by us, or if the lesson is re-scheduled by us and you are unable to attend on the new date.

Cancellation by the participant prior to 24 hrs of the lesson will receive a100% refund, or the option to re-schedule.

No refund is available if you cancel within 24 hrs of the lesson. However you may re-schedule.

GIFT VOUCHERS – CONDITIONS OF USE

Wild Artistic gift vouchers can be redeemed only for lessons offered through the Wild Artistic website. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for photographic prints and downloads.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or payment credit, nor are refunds available. Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person but you will need to inform Wild Artistic in writing prior to the expiry date of the voucher.

If lesson fees are more than the amount on the voucher, then the bearer of the voucher must pay the difference.

All online lesson bookings made using a gift voucher must be made before the gift voucher expiry date.

CHANGES TO ONLINE SCHEDULE

All online lessons are subject to change at the discretion of Wild Artistic, due to unforeseen circumstances.  A full refund will be made available, the lesson rescheduled.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Wild Artistic will make reasonable efforts to keep any information that we have about you secure, and to ensure that there is no unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.  We will only disclose information that we have about you:

• To the extent specifically required by law
• For the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)
• Information provided by you is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party nor will it be sold.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Wild  Artistic,  their employees, directors, affiliates, guest presenters, workshop assistants and models accept no liability for any client, or dependant thereof in respect of any loss, damage, delay or inconvenience experienced from participation or subsequent to participation arising out of any venture organised by Wild Artistic.

We  accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate.  In the event that it is necessary to cancel the lesson  a full refund will be provided, which the participants acknowledge as full and final settlement. In the event of a lesson cancellation by Wild Artistic, liability shall be limited to the total value of the lesson. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS CONTRACT

In reserving a place in the lesson by paying the fee, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included, and all are bound by the booking conditions.

Workshop

Workshop booking fees must be paid in full to confirm your place.  Once payment has been received, you will be sent email confirmation.

WILD ARTISTIC CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be made if a workshop is cancelled by us, or if the workshop is re-scheduled by us and you are unable to attend on the new date.

Cancellation by the participant prior to seven (7) days of the workshop will receive a 75% refund.

No refund is available if you cancel within seven (7) days of the workshop.

Wild Artistic is not responsible for any other costs which workshop participants may have incurred including but not limited to travel, car rental, insurance, photographic purchases and/or rentals.

CHANGE OF DATE POLICY

If you have booked and paid for a workshop and are unable to attend on that date, you can choose to transfer your booking to another  available workshop.

Please note that bookings cannot be transferred within seven (7) days of the workshop date.

CHANGES TO WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

All workshop schedules and plans are subject to change at the discretion of Wild Artistic. Workshops may be dependant upon weather, health and safety considerations, or any other factor related or unrelated to photographic opportunities as we see fit.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Wild  Artistic,  their employees, directors, affiliates, guest presenters, workshop assistants and models accept no liability for any client, or dependant thereof in respect of any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from participation or subsequent to participation arising out of any venture organised by Wild Artistic.

Should you be traveling, comprehensive travel insurance should be arranged to cover cancellation or curtailment, death, any medical or rescue expenses, as well as loss of baggage,money, or personal items.

Participants are advised to check with their insurance company if they are concerned about personal coverage or personal items

By joining any workshop offered by Wild Artistic, participants acknowledge that they are aware of risks and are physically capable of safely participating in the workshop. Furthermore, they release Wild Artistic, their employees, directors,and affiliates, guest presenters, workshop assistants and models from any liability.
